The HTS heat treatment furnace is suitable for a wide range of
applications from age hardening through to normalizing of high temp
steels and various thermal Industries.The rapid heating and cooling
performance make this an ideal large Chamber furnace.

The chamber has low thermal mass insulation and is heated by heavy duty Kanthal Nikrothal coil elements,
insulation quick heat up times can achieved and a temperature uniformity of + or -5°C at 750°C.
The
furnace door is Sidewards open and is a reinforced steel shell with low
thermal mass modular insulation. When closed the door is held firm to
the furnace front plate by clamps.
Thermocouples are provided through the roof of the chamber for furnace temperature control.

Insulation- insulation Bricks or ceramic Glass Wool.
Temperature Range - 300°C to 1200°C.
Structure- Made of angle iron, CRC Sheet or high alumina refractory. Heating Elements- Made of Kanthal & Ni-crome suitable wire gaze & wire is spirally winded.
